I was extremely lucky to meet WORLD RENOUND ultra runner Amy Rusiecki at a local Boston race (the TARC 6 hour Spring Thaw) in spring of 2015 as we battled for hours racing each other to the finish. Since that time Amy has helped to hone my ultra running skills and has undoubtedly made me a more skilled runner in the process. Her balance of long distance, rest, and speed work has been the perfect fit for my body. I wouldn't be running as much or as well as I am now without her help.
In addition to working full time and coaching a few select athletes Amy also is the Race Director for the famed Vermont 100 and the 7 Sisters trail race. Her experience and compassion make her great at both coaching athletes and directing the highest of quality events.
Amy has also competed on several different US Women's teams (snowshoe, mountain running, 50 mile, etc.) in her running career.
I have been running for about 12 years now and competitively at all distances for the past 4+. During that time I've worked with several different coaches and have learned a LOT about being a good athlete and being a good coach and how to blend the two together to maximize performance while achieving your goals.
I have also noticed that there is a real gap missing in the coaching market. Most coaches out there want to charge outrageous amounts for the bare amount of service. With the help of a long time friend, knowledgeable athlete, and accomplished triathlete/marathoner Billy Hafferty we will be working to coach athletes of all levels at a price that anyone can afford. On top of that we want to help you get to your goals and we realize that communication is the key to getting you there.
At Your Pace Coaching will help you get there, or get there faster.
