   WHO AM I ?

I'm a lover of friends and family, of G dogs and Woo. We travel, play, and run together throughout our days.

"I know not where the limit is, but I know where it is not"

G Dog Runs too!

Near the end of 2018 our personal life has changed dramatically when Woo and I decided to quit our corporate jobs in Boston and buy a bed and breakfast on the Maine coast. The B&B takes a lot of time and has become a priority over running and travel at times, but we wouldn't have it any other way.

Check our out B&B here -

I'm originally from St. Louis, MO where most of my family still resides. I moved to Boston in June of 2009. I originally picked up running back in college when a roommate dragged me to a local 5k where I immediately fell in love with the pain of running. From there I did some short triathlons and a couple of marathons before graduating and getting distracted with "life" for a few years. After moving to Boston I was able to settle into a groove and pick back up training and really focus on my (first) goal of qualifying for the Boston Marathon.

The best part of getting active in Boston was getting involved with a local triathlon team Zoom Multisport and running team the Somerville Road Runners. Between these two groups I am inspired on a daily basis and always proud to wear the team colors. I was also a founding member of the Zoom Multisport Board of Triathletez and helped to grow the team and be inclusive of anyone in Boston who wants to get involved with the sport of triathlon!

From there I've run several marathons, a couple of Ironman triathlons, but have recently become more focused on the world of the ultra marathon now, where I can better test my mental fortitude and see just how far I can push my body.

Stay tuned for my adventures and antics.
